All donations will go directly towards supporting mental health in our local community.
Helping fund our early intervention mental health workshops in schools and the community, equipping young people and adults with the mental health toolkits. It will also help provide sponsored counselling sessions for those doing it tough and grief support packs for families and individuals bereaved by suicide. Together we can continue creating real impact, starting important conversations, and ensuring support reaches those who need it most – It’s Okay Not To Be Okay
